I am so frustrated! For the past 6 months I've had so many symptoms of sle, extreme fatigue, extreme joint and muscle pain, sensitivity to light and the sun, fingers get purplish blue when cold....the worst is the fatigue and pain....my dr did an ana, it was positive, she told he everything pointed to lupus. She referred me to a rheumatologist. She ran a bunch of tests c3 c4 anti dna, the c3 was 136, standard range is 90-80. C4 was 36.9 standard range 10-40. My rheumatoid factor was <8.6 standard range <15 IU/ML. My cpr was <0.5 standard range 0-1mg/dl. And my anti dna antibody was neg1:10...what the heck is going on??? My rhemy said no lupus, but based on discoloration on my shins, she says sarcoidodis...i dont feel thats right, my gut says this its lupus, I have so many common symptoms, and no symptoms of sarcoidosis. Idk what to do from here. I cry everyday, I'm so sick of feeling like this. I'm so tired and in so much pain. I don't know what to do anymore! Have any of you with lupus had negative tests?! What should I do from here?
