Low Processing skills?

I had a psychological evaluation done a few months ago and I just reread it.

It said I had above average IQ but was in the low 14% of processing skills.

This frustrates me because I used to be a teacher!

I wonder if Lupus is doing this to me?

I admit I've been having more and more trouble understanding people and figuring out problems. I can't seem to hold a thought for very long either. For example I've been playing this computer game where I have to search through several areas to find things I need to accomplice a task. Sometimes it will give me a set of numbers to remember. I can't seem to retain these numbers long enough to return to the section of the task. My 13 yr old niece has been playing the game with me some and I ask her to write down the numbers for me. When she calls them back to me I can't seem to hold on to the number long enough to type it in!

This is very frustating to me!

I had a very scary moment the other day. I was driving my nieces to visit the Georgia Guidestones and I kind of phased out and forgot I was driving!
My oldest niece screamed and I realized I was running off the road on a curve. I was able to right the car quickly without going fully off or hurting us, but it frighten me something terrible.
I've always been an excellent driver, never a wreck or speeding ticket. But I'm getting to notice I'm having more and more of these little spells.
I don't think it's the pain killers because I try to avoid taking them as much as possible and the strongest one I'm on is tramadol.

I haven't told him about the almost accident yet. I see him in two weeks.

I'm hoping it's just a fog moment and not CNS. (fingers double crossed)
