Oh boy,
Hubby had to go to OKC to have a med procedure done and we didn't get good results.
He had to have an Angiplasty done. I think that's what it's called. Where they insert a tube in the groin area up into the heart and check out the arteries.
Bad results to the point he wants new dr and a second opinion.
He had open heart surgery back in the early 90's and he had a heart attack 7 years ago and had 3 stents put in. Anyway, short story is that the results according to his dr is. He has major blockages in all 4 arteries. But can't really operate because of old scar tissue. If surgery was done, ie, open heart surgery, or more stents or whatever, they would fail to the point of possibly death. So dr's orders are just keep taking the meds he is taking. Nothing else can really be done.
Ok, my day yesterday, Get up at 2:30am to be on the road, because dr appt was at 5am. From house to hospital in OKC is an hour and 45 minute drive. Pickup not very comfortable as it is but this was very painful. Then get him in his room, lots of walking. Then setting in hospital room chairs that aren't comfortable. Hubby's procedure took an hour and I got to see the last 5 minutes of it and talk with dr. Then back to his room where he was kept for several more hours and I went to cafeteria twice to get breakfast and lunch for hubby and I. More walking, He wasn't released to go home until almost 3 yeaterday afternoon and then that long drive back.
Today, i'm hurting to the point of crying, Body aches are unbelieveable, No energy and my lymph glands under my arms into my breasts are hurting bad and swollen. Exact same areas that the dr put me in the hospital for becasue I was hurting so bad. I'm cold to the point i'm under my electric blanket and I catch myself nodding in and out. And I guess you could say emotional stress of hearing what the dr said about hubby. 
Just having one messed up day. Oh, and I guess falling out of bed last night didn't help any either. I think i'll go back to sleep for awhile.
