High Blood Plate count

Normal range is 140-415.  Mine came back at 517.  What is your highest?  Mine has never been this high and I'm just not sure what all this means.  I have this question pending with my doctor, however I'm impatient and it may take 2 days until I hear back.

For anyone interested:  The nurse from the my doctor's office got back with me and when your blood plate count is this high, you have too many cells used to clot your blood.  I'm guessing it's blood thinners next to add to my list of medications...???
