Hello, I need help as I do not know what the joint pain may be...
I'm 15 and I'm a freerunner, so I do a lot of jumping, flips, vaults and so on outside. Sometimes this effects my groin, or to be specific the joint between my leg and hip (along the bend for where my leg bends to the hip)
After I perform a flip sometimes the joint feels like I've popped something out and this results in me having to straighten my leg (standing up) and pushing my hips outward to put it back to normal.
I have never taken any injury to this area, fractures, broken bones, nothing. But when this joint messes up and i have to repeatedly [put it back into place] (it feels like that) then it will begin to hurt, and when i bend down or bring my leg up, like when sitting down it hurts when moving it, and also walking can start to feel tiring because of the pain.
If anyone has any suggestions or clues to what it may be please tell me! I will reply and if you need more specific then please let me know, I've had this all my life without worries until i had to push my leg out and click it.
Thank you,
Ryan
