pressure headache

I have been diagnosed with lupus almost thirty years ago. The past five years I have had pressure headaches. This year it has been the worst. Any helpful answers

If you mean headaches caused by changes in the barometric pressure (ie rain coming, storm passing, that sort of thing) -- I find some relief from using the same medication I use for sinus headaches -- I'm sure everyone has a favorite brand.

I also try to stay inside an A/C home -- running in & out of weather, stores, etc only makes it worse. If I can stay in one place without conditions changing I can manage it to some extent.

Have you tried cold compresses for your head?
