Best time for blood tests

My Dr. is finely running multiple Blood tests for AI conditions. I had my blood drawn Friday. My question is, C3, C4, ANA, DNA, Sed Rate.....ect. Is it better to do the test when you are having a "flare" or does it even matter?

I think the levels change daily (at least mine changes every test).

A good rhuemy will go by the diagnosis list you can find at lupus.org and lupus.com. You need to meet only 4 of the 11.
