So glad to hear the problem has been addressed, at least well enough to move on and begin tackling the drywall dust! I am anxious to get to that point. Countertops should be installed next week and then at least we'll have a kitchen sink again.
I had my own painting unpleasantness, after realizing there was a slight variation in color between the two cans of paint I bought for the project. This requires a second coat because it shows where I used the first can to cut in the trim/corners etc. Argh. My nerve problem in my shoulder has returned along with numbness in my hands. sigh. At least the beadboard, which is the bulk of the painting area, is finished and I just need to re-roll the upper half. And that's right, I rolled it myself (so proud!). BUT - whatever I said before about
enjoying painting blah blah blah......kindly disregard, as it apparently no longer applies.
