I have been really drained for the past week, but we have been moving, so I thought it was just that. Even with everything going on I feel I've had adequate rest and plenty of help.
I just finished antibiotics for a uti. I developed a rash on my ankle and was afraid it might be from a tick bite (I went exploring our property line with my son), so I went to the doc. He did not think it was from a tick, but gave me hydrocortisone cream to treat it. I had also experienced a few broken blood vessels in my palms and showed them to him. I was sitting still reading with my children the first time it happened, and was in the shower the second time.
Anyway, he drew lots of blood and sent me home. He said to check in with his nurse on Monday.
I now have purple spots on my palms and scattered along my body randomly. The rash got worse from the hydrocortisone, so I used nystatin on it today and it's better. That scares me because that means it's fungal. On the outside of my ankle where there is no moisture. In the nursing world that means my immune system is not what it should be.
Waiting to hear back about my blood work, but racking my brain! What does this mean? I am so tired it's as though breathing is more than I can manage!
Someone please help me...
