Hey Lynnwood. I'm sorry you have a case of the lazys. The following may not apply to you, but I figured it's something you should consider. Several years ago when I was only on plaquenil and trying different antidepressants, I would be in bed unable to do anything. I came to the conclusion that if I would lie there thinking of all the things I wanted to do, then lupus was causing my total inactivity. If I would lie there and didn't want to do anything at all, then depression was the culprit.
That being said, I know you're not lazy. As a matter of fact, you are one of the most active lupies I know. Perhaps your body is telling you that you still need to take it easy. I think you should keep some spoons in reserve a little while longer. You'll know when it's time to be more active. Love You, Donna
