Lupus, Allergic reaction to pneumonia shot, full-blown Lupus flare plus pneumonia....what to do?

My daughter has Lupus along with many other medical issues and was just given the pneumonia vaccine last week during IgG testing. She ended up with an allergic reaction to the vaccine and has now come down with pneumonia and a full-blown Lupus flare. She's allergic to tylenol and ibuprophen as well many other things. The doctors are closed for the Christmas holidays, and her Lupus doctor (who gave her the pneumonia vaccine) will only treat the Lupus symptoms WHEN he gets back into the office. She's running a high fever with coughing, congestion, sore throat, and starting to lose her voice. Every time she coughs, she either quits breathing or throws up due to gagging from the severity of the coughing. Any suggestions on what to do to help her? Thanks in advance.

I agree with Joy. She needs to be seen by a medical professional.
