Lupus playing in my shoulder

Lupus has decided to play in my shoulder.
I went to the doctor with my shoulder hurting over a month. After examining it he said I've done something to my rotator cup. I told him I hadn't done anything to it, that it just suddenly starting hurting one day.

Now I'm on pain killer, heat, and stretching exercises.

I also mentioned my strange rash on my face along my hairline. I'd tried several different shampoos to see if it was allergy related. It wouldn't stop or go away. He gave me some steroid cream. It didn't seem to help either.

Then my mother mentioned the sun shines on my face every morning through my window. So I purchase a blackout curtain.... my rash is fading!

I'm sorry to hear that your shoulder is bothering you. Having a injured rotator cuff can be so painful I understand. I've never injured my shoulder that way but I feel for you. I hope that your exercises help and that your shoulder begins to start feeling better really soon.

I'm glad that your Mom caught the sun light on your forehead. I'm also glad to hear that the rash is getting better since getting the black out curtain.

If your shoulder continues to bother you, I'd request an appointment with the Orthopedic Dr to make sure it's not torn. Please take care and get plenty of rest, I'll be sending you tons of prayers, and positive energy your way. Hang in there Joy, we're pulling for you.

If it gets any worse I will see a specialist.
I have two heating pads and a spa wrap to baby it. Not to mention heat rub.
