Help sever flare what do I do?

Okay new here I am 29 single have lupus, clotting disorder, fibro and chronic pain from an MVA in May 2008 I ha over 15 pounds metal in my body.
I was doing do good till begging of February when I crashed so hard pain out if control, joint pain unbelievable, low grade fever, sores in face ad. Mouth, weak, tired and can't sleep was admitted to hospital for a week and was realesed yesterday even though I was still on IV morphine they sent me home and it is getting worse I can't control anything I feel so so sick and overwhelmed
HELP....

So sorry you're in so much pain.

Besides the morphine what other kinds of lupus/ pain meds are you taking?
Have you talked to your rheumy or primary care doctor?

I've found that heat wraps help me some during flares. I also take tramadol, tylenol, and plaquenil. I do occasional predisone to ease the pains.

I am taking
Hydromorph contain 24 mg am 30 mg pm
Cesemet ( nabilone) 1.5 mg am and 2 mg pm
Fentynal 50 mg patch changed every 3 days
Hydroxychloriquine
Prednisone
Neproxin
Fragman ( daltaparine) 18000 units sub q
Ceflex
Zofran
As needed
Tylenol 3 does nothing really
Diloded 4 mg changed to morphine 5 mg as needed every 4 hrs
Zofran
Zomig
I called my Rhmatologist and he said I can see him march 3/2014 after he is off call and if I can handle if I can go to are area emergency room he can not admit to or drive 1.5 hrs to the hospital he can admit to and he might see me sooner.
I use bathes, Epsom salts, massage, TENS etc

Wow! You are on a lot of meds....
Frankly, I'm not sure how to help you more because it sounds like you already have more than I do. All I can offer is support and be here to listen to you vent.

Do you see a pain manager?

Thankyou for support I have a large history in ma. 2008 I was hit by a semi in the hwy in my car. I was in hospital one yr and told I would never survive well I did 25 plus surgies 15 pounds plus of metal ( hips, knees, arms, back, femur, ankle etc) so it have extenuating things also

Hope u r feeling at least a little better today. I think I was about your age when I was finally diagnosed. That was about 30 years ago. It may be difficult to believe now, but you will get passed this. Learning to relax will really help your immune system. Stress really can effect the immune response. Try to relax by getting still and do some deep slow breathing, get and stay well hydrated with water and fresh fruits and veggies. Please avoid all the bad fats. If you can get some aloe vera juice (sold at walmart).and ddrnk it daily- start slow. Start with these tips and do them consistently. You should start feeling better. Educate yourself on anti-inflammatory foods and avoid behaviors and foods that cause inflammation. It took me awhile, but once I learned how to work on inflammation, I started to feel better. Be careful wht u put in your mouth. Remember, be consistent and try to RELAX and deep breath daily. Sending you healing thoughts and prayer.

Okay quick question when I go into a flare this is my second most doctors don't notice except my Rhmatologist as. My. Blood work shows no inflammation he said this is normal for some lupus patients has anyone heard this.

FYI. Aloe vera juice has been tested/researched by several medical organizations and has not been linked to any reduction in lupus symptoms.
