I was diagnosed with Lupus a few years back since that time I'm on Methotrexate and have been now for over a year...yuck it still makes me sick for a couple days....along with this I'm on Plaquenil and Folic Acid. Along with Lupus I also have Raynauds (In any weather) last year I was in the pool at 84 degrees and it was hotter outside and I had to get out as my fingers and toes hurt so bad...the doctor has since put me on a Nitrogen Patch and Losartan to help with this...It's been hot and I'm still suffering with this part of it. Does anyone have suggestions on how they combat this?My bloods seem normal for me so I don't know if these numbers play a factor in any of this or not. If anyone has any idea if these are the reasons for the raynauds etc...please help me too understand...
