itchy scalp and hair fall

three years earlier i had very long thick n beautiful hair.bt now i have nothing in the name of hair. everyone says what has happened with ur hAIR bt i have no reply . now i fear that i may become bald or very thin hair. pls help me how to get rid of itchy scalp n how to control hair fall. now i fear to comb my hair as in every comb a lot of hair of me fall.

Get medicated shampoo like Selsun Blue and take biotin vitamins.
Also have your hair cut in a shoulder length layered cut. It will give the illusion of thicker hair.
Don't worry it will grow back. Mine came back curly.
