Psycho Period

I just started plaquenil about two weeks ago and for some reason I feel like I'm being murdered by my period. I've been dx with fibro, costo, and tension headaches all my trigger spots seem to be going haywire and seizing up at random and my uterus and on the attack and it normally is not.

Is this normal with plaquenil, or is this a symptom of lupus? I'm not showing any of signs I usually do with anemia and my bleeding is the same.
