"dents"., and positive ANCA & positive ANA

Hello.,
I have positive ANCA & ANA. I have a strange symptom. I feel pain in a certain area.. and then I notice a "dent." - Sometimes I just have pain. Sometimes the "dent" has a bruise. Sometimes no bruise., just a dent. Like an "indentation"- I've tried to look up causes., but the medical terminology maze just looses me midway. This "dent" oddity., is just one of a few symptoms. I can't see the Doc right now., because I'm out of state.. & only covered within my state. This whole possible condition is still "presenting"- And hasn't been officially "diagnosed"- But it is not leaving., and has mostly been progressing.. more or less.

Do muscle spasms cause dents? Because sometimes I feel pain first., and then I see it's dented in at the same time. But sometimes the dent just stays there... and the pain stays there. This is all new to me. I don't understand the positive ANCA., or ANA., and I didn't know if whatever this is .. is part of it.. I don't see it on the internet.. (and I can't go to the Doctor at the moment).. Thank you for the advice.. I will try that.. and even look up the nature of a muscle spasm.. and why they might happen. It feel sometimes like I'm getting punched.. like a "charlie horse"..
