Pain on top of feet

Diagnosed two years ago, I have had almost everything symptom
Wise, but this pain on the top of my feet are horrible I can't wear
Shoes I can't bear my weight i can't walk it's been going on for
Five days please anyone? Help me!! Pain meds not helping
Inflammation still visible but not extreme?

I get like that sometimes, call your doctor and see if he will give you something for it.
I take gabapentin for nerve pain in my feet, but if swollen you might need something else.

You might need something for inflammation.
