High Titer?

Was hospitalized in late February for What was thought to be a stroke, but turns out is a complex migraine/w auras. My Dr ordered a lot of tests along with an ANA. Results came back with a ?positive? ANA with a titer of 1:3200. I was referred to a rheumatologist, got in to see him, and him and the nurse said it was one of the highest they've seen. I was sent for more bloodwork (which I got today). waiting for results. Is the titer that high?? What should I expect now?

A diagnosis would be made off of your symptoms and if any of your other bloodwork comes back positive. A migraine and high ANA alone isn't much to go on. Are you having any other symptoms? Make sure you tell your dr every thing that you may be experiencing, even if the symptoms seem unrelated. Also, have you had an MRI?
