Side Effects? Or Flare Up symptom?

I have UCTD. I take plaquenil for it and take prednisone daily. I think I am having a flare up because of increasing fatigue that does not get better with rest, hair falling out, increasing joint pain/swelling especially in my fingers and toes, acne on face, headaches, nausea, and generally ill feeling. What I am not sure is related is that I wash my hair daily and my hair is so oily and I am getting bumps scattered over my scalp that are painful to touch, different sizes, red, like pimples but do not pop. Is this a side effect from prednisone or is this considered a rash? Any tips for getting rid of it?

My X-rays come back fine, he says they show no sign of arthritis but I still hurt so bad. Is the Denerex shampoo over the counter? I have a 1 year old, 14, and 11 year old. I just want to feel better so they can have a Mom instead of me like I am! No energy and so tired. It's almost 3am here. I am beyond exhausted and can't sleep so I'm online.
