What does your arthritis feel like? I've been diagnosed with Lupus by a rheum, and Lyme and Babesia by a LLMD, neither diagnosis has strong lab results to confirm it. The arthritis is well controlled by 400 mg of Plaquenil, at 200 mg it starts to break through. The pain is mostly in the outer finger joints and lasts about two minutes at a time, doesn't repeat in the same joint for many hours, and is never symmetrical on both sides of my body; the feeling is sharp and clamping. The other pain I get comes in waves, is more dull, and lasts longer.
None of my doctors have asked me exactly what the arthritis feels like. I'm wondering if it might be more typical of one disease or another, or if there's any difference.
