I have not seen nor heard of Splinter hemorrhages being associated with Lupus. But Wikipeda says they can be, while other more medically oriented websites relate them to heart disease, diabetes, fungus, and just about anything else you can think of. I didn't find anything that seemed more believable than anything else.
Unless you have a LOT of them, I'd just add them to my symptom list and tell the Dr at my next appointment. (I'm assuming you have a regular follow-up every 6-8 weeks like most of us?)
