Lupus or other autoimmune diseases ? Help

Hiii, I have low grade fever abоut 8 months. I'm constantly tired and sleep all the time. Hеadaches, malar rash on my cheeks, but it's not much. I've lost 4 kg. I have Photosensitivity to sunlight,Haematological disorder-anemia,chest pain and palpitations. Sleep disorder-wake up with palpitations and headaches.My doctor noticed livedo on my skin. Aching arms and neck.My ana test is postitive 1:320, but my profile is negative.All other tests are negative for other diseases. My Rheumatologist did not think that I have lupus ,because my ana profile is negative,but I read that it is not obligatory criterion for lupus and don't know what to do .

If your rheumy is basing his lack of diagnosis solely on the ANA report, you may want to consider getting an opinion from another rheumy.

Is any Dr giving you any treatment for any of your symptoms? It is possible to feel better even without a diagnosis.

To find a Dr experienced with Lupus - I suggest checking with the Lupus org at www.lupus.org to find your local chapter. Then check in with the local chapter to see which local Drs are active on the advisory board -- these are generally the Drs most interested in and most experienced with Lupus in your area.
