Hi, I am new to thisforum and this is my first time posting. So here goes..short overview... I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2012. Since then have been diagnosed with Raynauds, Vasculitus, Antiphospholipid, Diverticulitis and Barretts Esophogus. I had partial hysterectomy in 2013 due to excessive menstrual bleeding over 1 month and a prolapse uterus. Needless to say no more menstrual cycles after that.since 2012 I have been getting flares 1 to 2 times a year always affecting my vision first then fatigue and sore, inflamed muscles and aches. Seems like whenever weather changes. Ever since the hysterectomy I have had consistent blood in my urine. It would go from 10 to 25 to as high as 50 and very u few times no blood in urine. My primary doctor did not seem concerned. He did send me for ultrasound which w as normal. My last blood test was normal in every category. My creatine was .72, my bun was 7 and my gfr was 87. My urinalysis for the first time showed no blood but had a protein result of 25, rbc's of 9, wbc's of 4, epitheleal cells of 9 and bacteria of 2+. I have had feelings of nausea primarily in the morning on my way into work. I would suck on some peppermint and it would gradually go away. My urine output has dramatically decreasrd. I don't even feel like I have to go when I wake up in morning. This has been going on for over a month, I just thought I wasn't drinking enough. I have right flank cramping, no fever, no vomiting just feeling of malaise on and off. Should I be concrrned it might be lupus nephritis and what should I expect from doctor when I follow up with him tomorrow? Any guidance help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long dicertation.
