ANA of 1 320...could this be lupus?

Back two weeks ago I had a somewhat minor head trauma and was rushed to the ER. The doctors there did some blood work on me, nothing out of the ordinary was found. Last week I went to a general medicine doctor for a follow up appointment to be sure my head was healing properly, I had also developed a rash that covered my entire body. The doctor said the head look fine but she though the rash was due to an allergic reaction to the medicine I was given to manage the head pain. She did some blood work to be sure and wrote me a prescription for a steroid for the rash. The rash improved drastically with use of the steroid. A few days later, my doctor called and said that my blood work results had an ANA ratio of 1:320 and that she recommends I see a rheumatologist because it could be lupus. She said that sometimes false positives happen but I needed to check it out and be mindful of any lupus symptoms.

I'm 30 years old. I've never had any health issues before. Ever since i found out I have a titer of 1:320 I've been having slight aches in my arms and hands. Is this just me being nervous (like a mental thing, thinking I'm sick when I'm not because of the results) or could I really have lupus? I'm really scared...any input will be appreciated
