Hi ! So about a year ago I went to an endocrinologist because I was having trouble with fatigue, muscle soreness, and an overall feeling of being unwell. He did a couple tests and told me to exercise more. It resolved for a little bit, but around christmas I started to feel very fatigued again. I have dealt with a lot of stress in my life, and know the difference between feeling worn out and feeling sick. I am pretty active, and have a dietitian so I know my meal plan is fine. I just know there is something wrong, and people can tell when looking at me that something is off.
Symptoms:
- severe fatigue
- nausea
- Scalp hair is thinning away
- always cold
-Light sensitivity
- joint stiffness
-muscle soreness
- headaches
- blurred vision sometimes
- irritability
- bruising easily
-mouth ulcers
- pain behind the eyes
-brittle nails
- balance issues
-confusion
- stomach discomfort
The only tests that have stayed consistent are the ANA being positive , blood in urine, and vitamin D being low regardless of how much I take in a supplement and am outside.
Other vitamins and minerals are normal and all tests for tick related illnesses are false.
My new endocrinologist is intrigued by my case, and my neurologist cleared my mri and eeg. I see a rhuematologist soon, but I was hoping to get some insight. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks !
