I've had Costochondritis before and I'm not really thinking that's what I'm experiencing, but I thought I'd get some advice. Typically Costochondritis is pain in the front and side of my rib cage, possibly if it gets real bad it may have gone around to the back slightly.
I recently had a occipital and spinal cord neurostimulator implanted a little over 3 weeks ago, I have 4 incisions, one at the base of my skull going down my neck, one between my shoulder blades, two on my left side just below my rib cage. That said the pain I am feeling that reminds me of Costochondritis is in the back of my rib cage but on the right side.
I really don't know what to think. It just started last night, we do have storms in the area and they are suppose to last all week. Rainy weather does bother me, causes inflammation and impedes my breathing at times. I see the neurosurgeon Tuesday to have my device turned on and plan to discuss this with him, but I'm really thinking this is not related to my recent surgery. Do y'all have any thoughts?
Thank you in advance
