New here-wife has many symtoms, test results show SM antibodies low range, RNP in low, no ANA

So I'm writing this on behalf of my wife, 45 year old female, in physically good shape (by outward appearances; teaches stretch, yoga - mostly to seniors, nothing too crazy - and mobility). She has had severe autoimmune symptoms since her late teens, early 20's including debilitating joint aches and pain, nerve pain, celiac disease, low metabolism (transit time 72 hours) freezing cold in the day but hot flashes at night (perimenopause right now) the rash around cheeks that gives her that raccoon like white ring around her eye areas, severe menorrhea, constant exhaustion, rounds of rotating severe depression, and had post partum pyschosis upon which the doctors gave her an allergy test level of the medication to treat and it abruptly ceased the symptoms, they were shocked at her response to the dosage. I would describe her as a highly sensitive person on every level. She has also scored above a 5 on a tsh/free t4 factor, which is a register of hypothyroid but her numbers have bounced around a lot. She is very healthy, eats a very controlled diet, but lives with a fair amount of debilitating pain most days.

We've been to many specialists, who were mostly useless, but are about to lose our insurance soon so are getting lots of testing done now that we have someone who cares. My side of the family has a GP that is known for being an extraordinary diagnostician. He caught my dads Cancer (it had quickly moved to stage 4 but he is now cancer free! We haven't gone back to read the reports with him, hopefully that will be in the next couple days (they did a brain mri)

So my question is, they say normal folks don't have smith antibodies present, but she has 20au/ml, and 8au per ml RNP, her ANA was negative. She also has abnormal RDW (red blood cell width and volume) and bad Ferrin scores indicating poor iron delivery and metabolism among other things, but I'm just wondering, with all her symptoms pointing in the autoimmune direction and SOME presence of SM antibodies and RNP antibodies, what does this mean? the results are so confusing! they say normal people don't have sm antibodies yet 0-100 is standard range, i.e. negative?

When we read the symptomology of SLE it generally reads like her everyday life, but they're saying scores <100au/ml indicate negative despite the reference being none preset?

Are we misinterpreting something here?

Ok, thank you so much for the info! Btw he has not ruled it out, we have not been back to see him for his reading of the results we are waiting for the MRI to come in before we go back. He is quite good at problem solving, so we'll be interested in what he has to say. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that. We're just reading our test results as they show up in the computer charts we can access.
