Frustrated with MCTD

I'm so very sorry that you are having such a difficult time . When I first became ill headaches were one of my first symptoms .I had never suffered with headaches before and they were horrid. I couldn't stand light or noise. I saw a neurologist and she gave a med for migraines ( I can't remember what it was called) but it did nothing. I was taking the max dose of tylenol and ibuprofen and was barely functioning .The only thing that seemed to help was putting vicks vapor rub on my forehead and temples. I stunk of menthol but it was the only thing that helped. I also upped my water intake and cut way way down on coffee. I hope you find relief soon!
