Lupus anticoagulants (LAC), as detected by this test, can occur not only in patients with systematic lupus erythematosus (SLE), but also in association with drugs, viral infections, and in otherwise healthy individuals.
I don't know what kind of Dr ordered this test for you, but since the ANA test is positive you should have a workup to see if you have any auto-immune disease such as Lupus. The Dr specializing in auto-immune diseases is a Rheumatologist, that is who you need to see.
Best wishes.
