Only a rheumatologist can diagnose Lupus, and it's diagnosed by having at least 4 of 11 diagnosing symptoms present, not by blood work alone. Read the first topic, Lupus 101, to see this symptoms.
Your blood work shows that MAYBE something auto-immune, like Lupus, is going on, thus it's prudent to have a rheumatologist check into things. Most of us, even reading the list, are uncertain whether our symptoms actually match or not -- that's the Drs job!
