I know what is happening in my body

For years I have been telling my Drs that I know I have some type of autoimmune issue with inflammation and that I can “feel” my body attacking itself. I just know this is what is happening. So when they can’t find this on their blood test It is very frustrating. Because no matter what they say, I know what is happening inside me. And I can’t explain how I have known but I have said this from the very beginning. It just feels like an inner attack on itself.
Yesterday my dermatologist said I need to go to Boston MA which she feels has great Drs in my area. She is sending a message to my rheumatologist and PC that she is very concerned about the livedo I have. She did a biopsy and she suspects Sneddon Syndrome and she said I need more testing

While I don’t want any new diagnosis, I also don’t want this inner struggle of knowing something is going on and attacking my body and not having that validated or treated if possible.

I’m wondering if anyone can relate and has known they have something wrong and struggles to get that validation and possible help. I wish Drs took a more holistic approach. I believe we have the ability to know more than anyone what is going on in our bodies and while we might not know the medical diagnosis, we sense the problem and what is happening.

I’m feeling worried about a possible SS diagnosis but in some crazy way I would be relieved to finally know. Yes I have al these other conditions like Fybro and IC and neuropathy osteoporosis etc but I am known from day one it’s an inner attack happening.
