I suggest that you try not to worry or spend time online trying to figure it out. Your time is better spent eating healthy (protein, fruits, vegetables, not much pre-processed carbs), getting deep restorative sleep, and getting mild regular exercise (even walking to the mailbox counts).
Also, if a general practitioner or a primary care dr is doing these tests -- you might want to make arrangements to see a rheumatologist. Most of the diseases associated with a high ANA are auto-immune, and the rheumatologist is the Dr who specializes in these. A GP or PCP might think they know how to treat it, but really best to visit a rheumy with first-hand experience!
