Is it okay to take extra strenght tylenol with zanax?

I took an extra strenght tylenol around 1 0r 2:00 p.m. I take zanax for panic attacks. I don't want to die or have a drud reaction or overdose. What do I do. I need your help. If I don't take the zanax I can have a seizure or something fatal.

I've been taking xanax for about 4 years now and have taking extra strength tylenol on several occasions for severe headaches. Everyone is different but I have never seen any bad reaction from it.

i take extra strength tylenol as well if i have a low grade fever or a bad headache and i am also on xanax...i think it is ok to take both together since they serve difference purposes.

I keep a link to a drug interaction website around for things like middle-of-the-night questions. My favorite is the last link in my signature (blue)...I just checked it and those 2 drugs don't interact with each other (but they do interact w/alcohol, tobacco, and grapefruit). Hope you are feeling better,

First thing I would advise is to call your doctor or pharmacist and ask. I, like the others, took Xanax and extra strength Tylenol and never had a problem.
