ok no lupus...Extremely high level of imflamation level and vit D level so low....So she is starting me on a regimen of new meds as if I don't have enough...

sulfasalazine and high doses of vit D

Caltrate 600mg plud D twice a day

Blood work every 2 weeks for a while

I see her again in 6 weeks

Diagnosis POLYARTHRITIS

They are not sure why imflamation level is so high

That's great news. I don't know much about sulfasalazine but it sounds like they might be using it to treat your inflamation. I know it can be used for rheumatoid arthritis. It sounds like your doctors are aware that something's wrong or they wouldn't be doing blood work every 2 weeks. And as we all know, sometimes it can take years to get a diagnosis of lupus. The best news, of course would be if they're positive that you don't have lupus. How do you feel about your appointment?

How's everything else in your life? I've thought about you a bunch this weekend.

Sheryl; Good news. Arthritis like that is tough, so I hope the medication works well for you. Hopefully it will stay no lupus and the docs will continue to keep an eye on things. Glad to hear everything worked out - Best wishes - Kristin

Thank you I need to know i matter....my husband and I are getting a divorce after 5 years and I am feeling very sad

I am glad to at least have a diagnosis and and a treatment plan
