I don't know about you. But off spray does not work on me. I always get eaten alive by moscitos. And ticks well they love me and my family too. And the deet did not work on my kids. I found a ourdoor patch at my clinic. It is called Defend. It is used for sports, picnicking, hiking, swimming, camping, hunting, etc.
For me it is for living.
Two come to to a pack. It lasts for only 36 hours. Have to over 1 year old. I have one on my kid and told her to get used to it...lol
I put it on my rib cage.
They all all safe and all natural and made of Thiamine( vitamin B1)
So if this works......I can sleep better. Our own front line? Maybe a start.

I googled and found this site that sells Defend Patches and a Mosquito Repellent. Interesting that it is in Canada because they have BIG black flies and mosquitos up there!!! I am going to order some. Thank you for the information.

go to www.drugstore.com and get the natural stuff with lemon in it...It works for 8 hours for deer tick and all ticks, its wonderful, I did not have one tick on me this summer.

Thank you! This sounds great. Any word on whether it keeps ticks from biting? I plan to order it in any event. We all are covered in bites from these tiny black flies that come out in our yard in warm, humid weather.
