Cranial Sacral Therapy?

Hi there,

I am thinking of trying this for my ear symptoms. I have heard it mention that it may help (my left ear feels clogged all the time and as a result I have pulsatile tinnitus- hear my heartbeat). Any opinions on this? I did have a REIKI/cranial sacral massage session once, but the therapist combined a bunch of things, so I am not really what part of it was the cranial sacral therapy.

Yep, I have that. It isn't just the pulsatile tinnitus though. That one ear feels clogged all the time. Very annoying!

I had Cranial Sacral for awhile. If you can afford it then sure, I think its worth a shot from a pain management perspective. I don't believe that it will "cure lyme". Or cure your head and neck symptoms. Certainly it didn't cure mine and I did about 8-10 sessions over 2 months.

I put chiro, accu, and cranial sacral all in the same bucket...

we have had good results from Cranial Sacral therapy for a variety of heth's Lyme symptoms.  particularly related to her cranial nerves and lyme encephilitis.  Under the care of a trained licensed cranial sacral therapist, they should be able to discuss with you whether your symptoms can be helped with this modality of treatment.  we were under the care of a 27 year veteran of CS and she was wonderful. 

Additionally, we have had great success now with acupuncture and DNFT chiropractic, soft tissue and lymphatic massage therapy.

Consistency and not going too deep are key along with treatment protocol and a good diet, detox program.

Detox is key with these therapies.  B/c of heth's drug resistance, these are her pain management tools.
