Has anyone tried the Alkaline water systems or the bio mats? Has anyone had good results with these products?

What do you mean about alkaline water systems? I used to add alkaline drops to my water awhile back, but I got lazy now and forgot about them... lol... thanks for reminding me, i have lots of bottles of these drops.

i have a bio mat, and I absolutely love it! It is AMAZING......

There are water ionizers onsale that control whether the water is acidic or alkaline. Several different types are onsale on e-bay. I was told about these machines from someone that does rolfing. The claim is that drinking alkaline water prevents diseases.

There's a book called something like The Alkaline Diet. It describes the theory that eating more alkaline foods helps prevent or rid the body of disease. I think that's probably why people use alkaline drops in water.

Do you know people who use these water ionizers? Are they difficult to use? expensive? I should check them out on ebay.

Lemon water is also very alkaline too- fresh lemon.

I don't know anyone that uses these water ionizers except the woman that did rolfing. Here is the link to e-bay

Trust me- you won't regret the bio mat- I can't say enough good things about it. do you know anyone else that has one and recommends it? I wish I had this thing years ago!

the hexahedron 999 might be the way to go. The water in fruit and veggie juices may be the best water
