Need help-freaking out

Well, I was having a relapse, so I'm back on abx. However, my LLMD added cumanda. I took 5 drops Mon night, Tues and this morning. All of a sudden, just now, I'm short of breath. dizzy and shakey.

When does a herbal herx hit? I know with abx it's the 3rd or 4th day-same for Cumanda.

I am freaking out-haven't felt this bad in a long time.

I started bactrim/zith about 2 weeks ago, I alternate it with malarone zith-this combo helped me turn the corner over the summer, and into what I thought was remission.

Cumanda looks like it's pretty powerful. You should check with your doc right away.

I've not used cumanda, so can't spesk to it. But I get a herx start 4 to 6 hours after I drink my herbal tea.
So you could well be herxing.

Be sure you check with your doc. If you're still herxing bad and can't get your doc, you might want to back off the cumanda a bit until you catch up with him.

Sounds like your body needs to get adjusted to it. Is cumanda prescription?

Yikes, maybe I am overdoing the drops dosage. I started taking 2 drops twice a day and now I am doing 20 drops twice. I am really not feeling good. This is the most nauseous I have felt since before and my limbs are so weak and heavy I can barely function. I can't tell what is what anymore, (herx, lyme, etc. ) and I don't talk to my doctor until next week. I needed to give Samento a break after 12 1/2 days. argh.

Still have my fever which HAS NOT LET UP, today it is a full 30 days!! is that crazy or WHAT! I have felt a glimpse of kind of normal (in a sitting position only) 3 days of this whole first 30 days. Is this what it's going to continue like?

sorry beth, I know this is your thread about feeling bad, but I guess maybe I had a moment of freaking out, too.

beths, did you start off with five drops?  That sounds like a lot to start with to me.  Many doctors have you start off with one drop and gradually build up.
