What is an IFA test from IGX? I tested positive on it 1:80

I saw a LLMD Dr. today: He put me on Clarithromycin 500 mg 2 x a day - Doxy 100 mg 2 x a day

IFA is I guess the igenex Elisa. I tested positive on that test also.
