I have been told I have Osteoarthritis too. I don't do anything for it, since I can't take pain meds or the recommended glucosamine/condroitin/MSM supplements. My husband, who has arthritis & joint damage from long-term Prednisone use, finds MSM extremely helpful for his joint pain. Without the MSM, he can barely move. With the MSM, he is able to go hiking in the mountains on weekends.
Vitamin C, MSM, Glucosamine/Condroitin, and sufficient fluids intake are required for healthy joints & connective tissue. Gentle weight-bearing or resistance exercise is very good for arthritis, too. And some find shark cartelage supplements helpful as well.
I hope this helps - take care,
