Lyme awareness month

I hope this doesn't break any forum rules for advocacy. I wanted to pass along a Lyme awarness movement happening for the month of May. It is being called the TRISHPROJECT, the plan is to tie lime (Lyme) green ribbons around trees in your neighborhood to promote Lyme disease awarness. If you'd like to help out please tell your friends and family. The more ribbons we can tie, the more awarness we can bring to our common cause. I have also contacted my local news paper and the seem interested in running an artical about Lyme awarness. Lets make May a month of Lyme awarness in our communities.

 

Thanks for the reminder. I know I was *****ing and complaining on another thread about this... but, unfortunately, the 91 people that have swine flu in the US (1 hospitalized) might be enough to over shadow the 200,000 with lyme who are in alot of pain this month.

well i'm still waiting for the reporters to call ugggg. andways i have a finced in acrer of land and placed lyme green ribbins on every post and gave out ribbings to all my famil and friends to place. my prayers go out to all who suffer.
