Q-RiBb guys my doc says they arent doing them n e more does anyone know about this

My doctor says they dont do the Q-Ribb any more. Why? And is that true. Why wouldnt they? He said the people who did it died? This was so strange to me and I left it at that. If so why wouldnt someone else do it?

What is Q-Ribb? I've never heard of that before.
