with my dyslica i spell everything by mimory or how it sounds to me. its the best i can do. if i lose this then i lose my way to commuate with ya'll in here too. i'm not sure i would be able to handle that right now.
this forum is my only way of getting info and i have made friends here. plus if i am loseing my mind who will i be able to fight for treatment. no one else is able to help me. i have to help myself.

I don't know what to tell you - my cognitive issues seem to come and go, sometimes I can think just fine, other times I am totally lost inside my head and befuddled.
Sometimes, if I'm having trouble writing a post, I'll just put down some words and ideas in a Notepad document on my computer and save it for later. Then when I can think clearer again, I'll open the file and work on it again. I've done the same thing with ordinary paper and pencil too... Someone once said to me that their memory was only as good as the paper the info is written on...so maybe try to get a notebook or use Notepad on your computer and try using that to help you remember things and organize your thoughts. And I don't think people on here care so much about perfect spelling - so just do what you can and call it good, ok?
For the anxiety, I have found deep breathing to be helpful. Also I find playing the computer games helpful for clearing my anxiety and helping me focus.
