Yes we have ticks in Florida! Don't be silly!
Do we we have birds in the ski?
Yes...we do ...ask anyone with a dog...if they ever have ticks or flees.....and mosquetos carry it too...and we have tons of those.

I live in the previously believed "lymefree" state of Montana. It was thought we do not have lyme because there are no deer ticks here. I was bitten by a wood tick. Rocky Mt Lab is here in my area and they are trying to identify the strain. That is the same lab the originally identified borellia.

I was just quoting the first infectious disease doctor I saw after testing positive for Lyme disease the first time..... what an obnoxious idiot she is.  Like the ticks are going to stop at the Florida - Georgia state border line and then turn around and go back - LOL!   eyes

Massachusetts!! Grew up in Dennis where spirochetes found in 1800's.. First in US. Probably had Lyme since I was 12

I've been to Troy, Alabama. Are you anywhere near there? We went there when one of the hurricanes hit here.
