when people say they have sore ribs, where exactly is the pain?

i'm totally confused on why i have this red non prickly rash only when i move around or when i stress out.. Its like when my body heats up, the redness comes out, its only right below my pecks on my upper abdomen. It feels really tight and sore in the middle. i should take some pics and show.. and plus where my skin bunches up together on my stomach, i have red lines there also.. It can't be ABX since i've been off them for 2 weeks.. i'll take a picture to show..

i feel decent.. the last couple of days i've been having some back pain and some abdomen pain.. nothing extreme, just annoying.. it just feels like i did an ab workout everyday on my upper abs, that is sore and red everyday...it sucks.. if i could figure out this, i would be better...

i plan on staying off ABX.. we will see.. i haven't felt worse or better since off of them.. i feel the same... i know my IGG was positive on band 41 and 30.. i just feel like something else is wrong..

I admit I don't know what you are suffering from, but I wondered if you think it might be a mild yeast infection? Yeast likes warmth and moisture, so it could show up where you described? An easy way to test is to buy an over-the-counter med like lamisil cream and treat an area to see if it helps. Of course, it's always a good idea to ask your doc about it.

Do you think you may have a food allergy, or detergent allergy etc. that brought this on? Just another thought.
