Supplements and Meds for Lyme Treatment

I would like any advice on the supplements that the doc gave me.  I was just diagnosed and would love any info from you guys that I can get

Here is a list of my meds.

Doxy 400 mg p day

Nystatin 500,000 4xday

Transfer factor lymplus

Flora

co Q10

Resveratrol...(may be causing rapid heart rate??)

Magnesium Glycinate Chelate

L-Drain.

Any suggestion on these or maybe I should add more....
