Rib pain???

I saw a post about this just a couple of days ago, but I can't find it now, and I forget what you girls were calling it...what did you tell the other person that you thought it might be? I started getting pain in my ribs last week, but didn't think much of it because I had bronchitis and I figured I just put a rib out coughing.  But, now it feels like a knife is in there and it is getting worse. It is mainly on my left side, but is also on the right.

And, it was Emu something that you use to help with it? Please help me!

Do you think this is a herx for me? I haven't had this pain before!

I'm no doctor and this is just my opinion but maybe the pain is coming from all the coughing you did. There is also something called pleurisy that can develop in the lungs after a bout of pneumonia or bronchitis so let your doctor know what's going on. Here's a link about pleurisy.

Costochondritis (sp?), maybe that was the word you were looking for.  I have had rib soreness, could feel bumps (cysts?) along the ridges (so says my doc).  Not from herxing in my case, or from coughing too much.  But I suppose a lot can cause that pain or achiness.

I use Real Relief (Advanced Formula) from Real World Health.  I did try Emu oil, but still prefered the Real Relief.

Hope it goes away soon.....
