I wanted to 1st let the girls know that have appointments with Dr. S. tomorrow that I canceled my appointment and won't be going back. There were 3 of us who had appts. close together.
I found a new AMAZING Doctor who was recommended through a chiropractor who said this man will save my life. I met him today and his secretary had Lyme, and so did he and his whole family. I can tell you that if anyone is far away it is sooooo worth the trip. He is truly amazing. He spent almost 1 and half hours with me. He drew pictures and explained so much. You only have to see him every 6 weeks too, not every other week or anything. He gives you chart of months and you check off the days you have good and bad days and then he'll go back to each month and see if there is a pattern between the good/bad days and what kind of cycle it is.
He prescribed me Diflucan and also the pill form of Rocephin. I think it's called Omni something or other, I forget. I dropped it off at the pharm already. Anyway he gives me hope, and I'm actually so excited to start this treatment. He promises that I will get better. He doesn't promise that it will happen right away, but that I will show improvement in a few months tops.
he says he has patients who test negative for lyme or co infections and the next month test positive. Or negative for a few months then positive. He does blood work every 6 weeks. He will treat even if you don't show positive though. I had bloodwork done in Aug and I was positive for Lyme and tested again in mid-October and still was positive for Lyme. Co infections came up negative but he says he doesn't trust the test anyway.
Anyway, he is absolutely amazing. So anyone who is in PA/Delaware should definitely see him. He is in Kennett Square, PA. If you'd like his info, you can email me @
