Air hunger is when you don't feel like you're getting enough air. You can be breathing normally, but it feels like you've been holding your breath. Hyperventelating does not alleviate it. I have heard that you can test negative for babesia even when you have it. I don't know if that information is reliable. The test I had, called a FISH test, looked for babesia RNA in my blood cells. My test was positive, but maybe if they draw a sample where none of the particular cells drawn are invaded, it would show negative. What does your LLMD think? I have a friend who tested negative but had so many babesia symptoms that her LLMD treated her for it until the symptoms resolved. I hope you are feeling better by now.
